1. Convert PSD file into Zencart template/skin2. Install in my server and test for fully functionality.
3. Check layout in IE6, IE7, Opera, Safari, Chrome, FireFox
4. Check site in CSS and HTML validators.
5. I Have a very low budget for this project, please consider.
