Further modification to an already heavily custom modded OsCommerce site is required. Currently the site has a customized shipping module where the purchaser is charged different postal charges according to the manufacturer of the product. In addition the customer, store owner and manufacturer all receive a different email each confirming the orders. This customized shipping module can be turned off/on in the admin panel and I would like to ensure this functionality remains. Be aware - this is not a standard OsCommerce site - it has been HEAVILY modified.

The new required changes are:
1) to allow an option for next day delivery at a higher charge (set by store owner).
2) to change the email sent to store owner, manufacturer and customer to confirm next day delivery has been selected and to show the breakdown of this charge within the email sent to the customer and store owner only. The email sent to the manufacturer should have 'NEXT DAY DELIVERY' added to the subject of the email.
3) for any orders below a certain price (set by store owner) to charge a fixed flat rate (set by store owner).
4) ensure all above services can run in parallel or individually function correctly if any one is turned off. This includes reverting emails back to original state if 'Next Day Delivery' function is turned off."

The scripts are to be FULLY tested with no failures or impact to the current workings of the site. I have used 2 freelancers in the past who once were paid did not respond to errors found later and I will be more stringent on this occasion. Feedback will be given accordingly.
