Part 3 - shipping

3. I need to create a new shipping method that will be applied to all orders. It should be free shipping to most of Australia, except for a list of postcodes that I will provide. Anyone in this list of postcodes needs to have an extra postage cost on their order. Also, on the product description, when you click a link a lightbox should appear that lets you type in your postcode, and be told if you will have free postage or not.
