In need of help to get USPS module help for our CRE loaded web site. Version: CRE Loaded v 6.2[13.1 (SP1)]

We need to get the module set up as it currently does not work at all. I have the API information from USPS. Our site is live.
I need to do this with someone that has past experience in this so please tell me why you should be picked and give me some past experience in setting up this particular module. Also please tell me what your plan is.

I don’t have a big budget for this at all so I need to know if this can be done on a small budget if I put in as much time as it takes to help. I don’t know how hard it is to program this into my existing site. What I need exactly is USPS to rate for domestic shipping only. I don’t warehouse as I only use a dropshipper so I need to come close to his rates for USPS.

Please PM me with ideas and solutions. If you can help and you feel this amount is to low then tell me in PM and I can always raise it or start a new post if the work exceeds what you need. I just need some help and ideas.
