Description

When customer enters the wrong billing address at checkout it says:
"This transaction is an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match the billing address of cardholder. Your credit card could not be authorized for this reason. Please correct any information and try again or contact us for further assistance" This message appears above the PAYMENT INFORMATION bar in small letters and white
font color and no one can read it. I need the font size larger and black and to read:

The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder. Please correct any information and try again or contact us at 1 800-777-8043.

Also need the font size and color changed when the card is declined and to read:
This transaction has been declined. Please correct any information and try again or contact us at 1 800 777-8043.

Must be experienced with OS Commerce.
