This is a repost of: OS Commerce Installation Systematic Optimisation and Check.
The last project was closed as I was not satisfied with the quality of bids except for those from: vdezine, excelence and French Designer and, I encourage those providers to bid again.

Please be clear about what is required for this project.
What is required is this:

I have an installation of OS Commerce at www.ccmoore.com There may, I say may be some issues with the following:
1. Integration with PayPal Express Checkout and Web Payments Pro modules.
2. The New for 2009 Products script.
3. The Javascript on the pages.
4. We have ruled out the Flash Banner loading times.

However we do not want the provider to restrict his time to just fixing these issues, I would like an optimisation of the shop as they go through it - see something fix it, simple as that as long as it does not impact on what we have done so far too much and of course affect the speed and pace of the shop at all except to make it better of course!
If you think something could be better then suggest it to the project manager and his team and it will be considered and maybe allocated as a do now job or a fix later job.
You must work closely with the project teams from UKUAP and PayPal through the project manager at UKUAP.
PLEASE NOTE:
**-**We DO NOT want a redesign of the website or shop so DO NOT suggest it again please,
**-**It may be better that if you bid last time, except for those providers mentioned above, that you did not bid again as you were way off the mark last time hence the repost.
**-**You should be available immediately to start and finish.
**-**You should be prepared to do a good job and offer some support later.
**-** I need to be in a position to allocate and close this job today so your speed on bidding and communicating would be advised.
**-** Do not be confused with the budget range of this project as it is not set in stone, if you do a good job you will be rewarded but, I have a budget in mind so, do not think you can go mad financially here because you can't.
**-** Also don't bid if you want more time to do the job, don't for instance say you can do it in seven days as I don't have seven days!

Bid clearly and effectively, be sensible and professional and you will end up with a long term relationship of Gold!
