Hi there, I am a coder only and know oscommerce inside and out. Your issue is weird, there could be a number of things that is causing this. I would like to bid more intelligently on this if I knew what the url was so that way I could walk through it and tell you what I think it may be. Below is a little bio about myself. I wanted to let you know that I am an OsCommerce Specialist and know the ins and outs of OsCommerce from coding to file structure to the workings of it. I have been working with OsCommerce for years and also have developed custom shopping carts as well. I am looking for ongoing work as well as short term projects. I have my own version of oscommerce that I have developed over the years with 75+ contributions, most from the contributions of OsCommerce and some CUSTOM written by myself. I don't normally document the complete install process therefore I don't have but one contribution floating around on the OsCommerce site. The one do have is a major one that I did do and that was a PROPAY payment module that allows you to accept propay and charge a customers card automatically without the need for paying for their API access. You can see this Contribution at http://www.OsCommerceContributions.com and on the site is a link to the actual Contribution as found on Oscommerce.com in their contribution section. Being I am the only coder that took this task on because at one time I had a need for it, I decided to break into the world of OsCommerce Freelancing that I had to do something that was big. So I took the time to document everything that I did and then wrote install directions on a Virgin Install.
