PHP Expert - OS Commerce Auto Portal site and extensions
Bidders MUST ANSWER these 3 questions:

We are developing a Customer Portal that has a Website and a Store. This will be a high volume site.

Deliverables will be the following:
Deliverable 1 – Deployment and configuration – Development server, and QA

-You will be responsible for deploying to our server environment.
-You will begin with a base Ubuntu Linux server.
-You will deploy and configure any required packages to enable our application to work. You will apply best practice software patches and performance tuning for OSC.
-You will deploy to development Server first
-You will deploy to the 3 QA servers (2 of OSC, and 1 for DB) one a week to track your progress and allow our testers to verify.

Deliverable 2 – OSC – Site Template and 8 Page build out

Your team will be responsible for designing and delivering a Web 2.0 site template. We will have a graphics team produce sample site layouts and colors and your team will take those concepts and produce the real e-commerce templates.

Deliverable 3 – Advanced Search Module

The Advanced Search module will be a custom Ajax Search that will search 8 product attributes of OSC. The first 4 are linked such as year, make, model, style. The other four attributes are independent.

Deliverable 4 – Advanced Multimedia OSC extension

We would like you to recommend the proposed extensions for the following items
1.Image viewer – Lightbox and scrollable through the images
2.Image Management – we would like at least 8-10 images per product, with auto generation of thumbnails images
3.ability to attach video to a product (uTube, Others)

Deliverable 5 – PHP Web Services – Create Inventory

You will be responsible for creating a Web Service that would Take a SOAP message and Insert the product into the OSC database. This will have 4 operations (Create, Read, Update, Delete). We will Supply the WSDL and you will implement the Web Service.
