Description: I am working on setting up a new web site. This is hard to explain because i don't want to expose many details being I am trying to do this. but I need an estimate on how much a site will cost to build. I will only deal with company's that sign NDA, no indiduals. I need the code at the end, and the code must strictly follow all updated formating rules from governing bodies w3c www.w3.org, etc. If you cannot follow these rules then don't waste my time.
Site needs:
=Communicate
Blogs, Forums, Mail-intrasite, chatrooms,
=Search
facebook.com style profile and search critiera with functional search
=User
Profile, Pic-rating system, video-rating system, Music, customizable homepage viewable to other searching and browsing, not like myspace.com, like facebook.com, friends, everything like facebook and myspace on the profile with different selectors
=general site info
10+ sections of general info that is not dynamic, won't change for a while, hopefully
=action site info
updated news, product, calender, other reports
=Admin
Administration area to review everything in the database make changes- deleate accounts, bad pictures, update info, information from the webservices or imput manually from my team. basically handle everything from the admin area so I never have to touch the code to update the site!

*All the function of Facebook.com with alot of typographical changes

*These are most of what I need, I want to implement things in phases and add as we go keep with the same developer/designer if suitable.

*Site needs to be safe from hackers and what not

*Looking to build in 3 to 6 months, but need accurate estimates and I want to choose a developer/designer in this search, i don't have to.
