Description

I will pay $5 per 500 words. I need a project manager to take up a very poorly written document of wanted project details and translate them into extremely detailed set of deliverables using (in his own experience and judgement) the right technology to be used by the programmer/designer (.net/php/ruby/c/etc), database functions, website functions... cms choice that is most adequate, crm need if any, and to write it all in language that will be understood by developers and to have no shortage in making it clear in every single area, as you know, clients and programmers speak different languages and you will come in the middle to mediate and translate.

Basically translate what nontechnical users want into documents that developers can understand and deliver upon without excuses of shortages and evasion of important details because they simply weren't written down. I am not asking for 50 page reports! I am asking for 2-5 page reports maximum to give the developer the feel for the project without the need to write a book about what to deliver.
