Description: Need an OCR or another way to answer the new recaptcha images. The solution for this project must be compatible with csharp .net 2.0 or greater. Re-captcha images need to be answer in less then one second.

Requirements:

1. The solution must be Thread Safe, as multiple images will need to be answered at any given time.

2. The solution must be able to output an answer as a string in less then a second after it has recieved the image in the format of a .bmp or .jpg.

3. The solution must be compatible with csharp and .net 2.0 or greater.

4. The solutions preferred accuracy is +80%
