I need an EXCELLENT Script or package for a realty website. Or an excellent web developer to build one.

NOTE:
1) Site MUST have all the requirements of normal realty website**
2) Site MUST have MLS/IDX integration
3) Site MUST have listings in text, pictures AND VIDEOS***
4) Site MUST have loan application capability
5) Site must B2B capability (Agents can sign up and post listings)
6) Site MUST have affiliate system
7) Mapping and GPS
