Description:	Hello all - I have a new project - which is essentially a real estate website that needs some special features. A detailed list of features is attached (as well as a mock up of the design) - but i will breifly discuss the special features here here. The website is to have a database listing of real estate properties. A user should be able to apply for a user account after filling out an online form. The user account should be on hold in the database until our staff has approved the user - and an email will go out at this time automatically. When approved, users should be able to log in, and post these properties. When these users post a listing, the user should be able to enter payment information, photos and text, and then the listing should go into a queue of some sort until our staff approves the listings - then it will be live on the website. It is important to have some sort of backend so non-technical users can administrate the website. The one peice that may prove to be a bit difficult is the permissioning structure. We need to ensure that people within certain permissioning groups can only view certain listings. Each listing should have some sort of 'code' associated with it so the database is aware of this. More details in the attachment. Initially I was hoping this could be done with Joomla or another CMS, but I was told a Real Estate script may do the job more efficiently. Ultimatley, I will need the attached design applied to the site, with all of the features in the word document. If you are only able to do some of this work, please indicate this in your bid. Also - please indicate HOW you are going to complete this work (what CMS or script you would use), and examples of similar websites to make me feel comfortable that you are able to do this. We have approximately a month to have this complete. I will like the winning bidder to be able to start soon after this auction has ended. Please build into your quote further clarification of details, updates, and troubleshooting in case the client or I am unhappy with any features.
