I require a simple new website to be built.

I would like to clone most of the information from other sites.

Website would have similar features like the following websites

Netreturn.com.au
Netgrade.co.uk
net24.co.nz


I will supply information and our company logo.

About 20 simple HTML Pages
2 or 3 Forms
Some Flash for the home page
Maybe simple search feature.

Maybe PHP??

Would like to be able to edit the pages too in maybe Dream weaver or similar html program.

Theme professional but simple.
