Hello,

I am looking for a complete ready made working solution for live helper chat software. If you want to develop the system from scrash it okay also.
the the systemhas to be a hybrid of today most success live help system.

To be exact: I want a similar live help like:

I need as much as possible all features that can be found in almost all commercial live help systems.

It should have 3 ends to it which are:

1- Online operator end to be able to accept calls and manage the system (in PHP)
2- the customer end where a customer can click on the banner from the website to start a chat (in PHP)
3- An desktop edition for operator to accept call (should be in .net 2.0 (c#) with source code)

If possible the web application should be multi-lingual (You just need to add a structure that will allow me to add unlimited languages. Also that will be really nice to add a feature that will make the customer chat windows multi-lingual. I’ll give more details later…

If you can provide software like the sites I have listed above, I will purchase immediately

-Web Application has to be in PHP
-Desktop Application has to in .NET (c#)
