Description

Need A kind of u*s*h*i*p.com without infringing on any trademark issues. I Would prefer aspx but php is ok. mysql db. All catagories used by u*s*h*i*p are required. Live help option must be added.
This will be a self policed site. Web 2.0 and ajax a must. Site must be built with an API system for adding futures or easy integration. Site must be compatible with big auction sites and google map mobile phones, etc.
Site should feature an admin panel for staff to supervise, promote and ban users.

Programmer must be available for questions (and fix any problems/errors if necessary) after work is completed so I can run tests.

I'm on a budget. I need experience individuals with at least 10 feedbacks.

Very important: Please give example of relavent work.
