Description: I need a skilled Wordpress developer

I am a junior PHP developer, and work with Wordpress from a year.

I have the following problem:

In one of my Wordpress installation: Ver. 2.21

Wp-cache plug-in doesn’t work; after install and configure fGallery plug-in.

Note: inside fgallery pages, wp-cache works.

I searched in Google, forums, tutorials without good results, I try to reinstall fgallery, I reinstalled Wordpress without success.

I need a Wordpress guru that know how solve this issue.

I will pay on success, I need someone to know how solve this, not a newbie.

Note: My WP installation is in Spanish.
