Description

I am about to get a server in the uk with a number of ip addresses so i can get uk online tv from another country.
what i am looking for is someone that can creat an automatic website that i can have running on my server that will setup vpn access for me . i need someone that can set up the server and software with a control panel that i can use from another computer. like this site here ukproxyserver_co_uk but still want to be able to use the severs Cpanel and hosting.
