Description:	Dear Freelancer, We are looking to modify a free php script to suite our needs. The script is a HelpDesk script. It can be downloaded simplehelpdesk dot com. However once downloaded you need to make some modifications for the email part of it to work, they can be found at freshmeat dot net slash projects slash simplehelpdesk. What we are looking for: As of right now, the only email functionality the system has is when a ticket is updated, the creator of that ticket is notified that something was added/changed to the ticket. We want email functionality added to this system so that any time a new ticket is created by any user on the system, they system then sends a notification email to the administrator notifying them of a new ticket. The idea behind this is that that email will then go to a blackberry or something of someone on call.
