Hi
I am looking to have a web page built very similar to http://www.ttgames.com/

Although obviously it need to look different I do want to be able to change / edit and create the content from an admin panel

must have things like
contact us, news , games etc... basicaly a clone of what you see

I only have a tight budget for this so if its going to cost a fortune, then please dont bid

also whatever price you quote is the price that will be paid, no additional costs and paymanet will be made AFTER the site is complete, not during but after

sorry if this seems unfdair but i have been left with half finished web pages before.
