Description

We are currently running a custom php script and need a few minor fixes:

1. In the Detail issue section, when you add Primary/Secondary Details. We need to be able to put in
html addresses for emails. Right now the script only accepts email format address. The problem is
that many times these people are in govt and have an email page(http)to send messages to them.
Right now, the site will only accept an email address. We need to be able to accept both.

a. Primary

2. When adding videos in the Detail Issue Page. It asks for Embedded Youtube Code. It works fine.
Unfortunately, people will by mistake input the http://www address and it will not show the
video and just the http. This is too common of a mistake. We need to do two things to help prevent
this.
1. Underneath the label that says Embedded Youtube code we should add [Do not put in http address]
2. Have the script refuse the http address if they put one in. It will force them to do an embed
code.

I am still working on ways to add/integrate additional functionality to the script and will let you
know when I have the specs worked out. They are chat, events, blog, forum, streetalk and paypal/visa.
We have since gone thru the site and did some graphics work on the pages.
