Description
We are looking to have a community site developed. It will be mostly to track different specific issues.1. There needs to be a directory where they can see what issues are in each category and view them.
2. There needs to be a directory where they can see what issues are located by geography: country, state, city, zip code.
3. There needs to be a directory where they can see what organizations have issues submitted.
An individual needs to be able to register.
An individual needs to be able to vote yes or no for any issue.
An individual needs to be able to submit their own issue.
Define each Issue by:
1. Type Category
2. Zip Code, City, State, Country
Each Issue will have the following:
1. Issue Description
2. Polls (for/against)
3. Sign Petition/Support
4. Add up to 6 Videos (link/upload with Description YouTube)
5. Add up to 6 Information Links with Description (URL)
6. Add up to 10 News Update Links with Description
7. Primary Contacts involved with Issue: (Up to 12)
-----a.Position (Yes/No)
-----b. Name, Position, Address, Telephone, Email (List/Link Email)
-----c. Explanation Position (Paragraph)
8. Secondary Contacts (as many as 500 - we can import txt file)
-----a. Position [Yes / No ]
-----b. Name, Position, Address, Telephone, eMail (List/Link eMail)
-----c. Statement of Position (paragraph or letter)
9. Name of Individual or Group Who Sponsors Issue
a. Name, Address, Telephone, eMail, Website.
10. Associated Organizations w/ Short Description,
a. Name, Address, Telephone, eMail, Website.
11. Issue Calander Events (Event, Location, Date, Time)
12. Progress Chart: # of Days since Initiated.
13. Status of Issue: Notify/Petition/Recall.
14. Sponsor - Name, Position, Contact info.
15. Assign a Unique Number to each issue.
16. Popular/Rank - # of people voted. Rank issues.
17. Create a Chat room for each issue
We will have will supply logo and graphics for the site design.
