Description

I have recently moved an existing PHPBB v.2.23 forum to a new web host, who is running CentOS.

I would like someone to upgrade the existing database/files to the latest v.3 release. There is one mod (ezmod?) and I would like a more streamline file structure of the PHPBB files when it's upgraded.

I started the upgrade and don't have the time to finish it. Thank you for reading.
