Description:	http://www.gocorse.com http://dev.gocorse.com (Development site) This is a site (owned by a UK Company) for owners of holiday rental Property in the island of Corsica (French owned) to add and manage advertisements for their advertisements. Information is currently available in English, French and German but for the moment we only plan to develop the English and French parts of the site. The chosen person should have good spoken and written English and proven PHP skills. Preference will be given to those with further ideas to develop the site and increase search engine rankings. 1. The site has been designed in PHP to allow advertisers to add their own properties. This works well in the three languages. 2. We now want to get more advertisers and try to up our ranking with search engines. 3. For the future we want to add good information to the site and keep it updated continually. 4. This would be informative text on the island such as beaches, history of the island, the areas of Corsica, etc. We already have some text written on these subjects, some added to the site and some not yet. 5. We need a simple and easy way the Administrators to add and upload text and images. This needs to be in attractive format with images. 6. Our current strategy is to offer advertisers to facility to write text for the site. This could be on any Corsica related subject (activities, towns, water sports, walking, cuisine and many more) which would be of interest to holidaymakers. If the subject provided by the advertiser is specific to an area or a tourist attraction in an area then we will offer a link back to the advertisers property. The advertiser would not be able to upload direct to the site but it would be for the administrator to check it before uploading. A Google search would then give the advertiser advertising with us an added benefit of being listed with us. The site would be continually updated so this should improve our ranking with search engines 7. Later (and not part of the current task) we would like to link to the tourist office sites of areas to provide information on the tourist events in that area each year.
