Description
DESCRIPTIONI am in immediate need of a PHP professional who can create for me a script that will read a subset of files in a directory and use those files retrieved to create hyperlinks with anchor text on the bottom (footer) of a PHP web page. YOU WILL DELIVER TO ME THAT WORKING SCRIPT.
LIVE EXAMPLE
As an example please go to the bottom of the page at http://www.nationwidecash.com. You will see several lines of hyperlinks with anchor text. This is exactly what I am looking to accomplish.
REQUIREMENTS
1. The directory containing the files to be hyper-linked will also contain files THAT SHOULD NOT be hyper-linked. You will select the files to be hyper-linked by matching a pattern. For example, all files with names beginning with "payday" might be selected, while everything else would be ignored.
2. The name of the file itself would become the anchor text, after replacing embedded hyphens with blanks. For example, file "payday-loans-in-michigan.php" would become anchor text "payday loans in michigan".
3. You will create the script in a manner where I can specify the subset of files to use (ie; files beginning with "payday-loans"), how many hyper-links to create per line, and how many total lines to create. I should be able to specify these by simply changing values in the code myself.
4. There will be a separator character "|" between each hyperlink on the same line.
EXAMPLE 1
Lets say my website is www.payday-loans-forever.com. In the root directory I have the following files:
index.php
payday-loans-in-florida.php
payday-loans-in-texas.php
payday-loans.php
resources.php
whats-new.html
If I want hyper-linked all the files that begin with "payday-loans" then the following hyperlinks would be created (formatted as they are at the bottom of the page at http://www.nationwidecash.com):

WHAT I WILL PROVIDE
To the service provider that I select I will provide:
1. The actual URL of the website
2. The subset of files I want hyper-linked (ie; all files in the root directory beginning with "How-to-build")
3. The initial number of hyperlinks to create per line
4. The total number of lines to create
PAYMENT
