Hello I need someone to help modify a survey module for php nuke. This is the opros survey module. It is a multiple survey module that allows you to enter multiple questions with different formats for the ansers (text, radio, vradio..etc) The module give great reporting and graphs for the submissions. I need the following mods done to the module:

I have a standard questioner I need this to be stored in the database and have only the title be added and then submit. This function needs to be added to a seperate page where a product is added... therefore we will use the title $ for the title of the survey and then create a survey based on the questions already created. so when we add the new product the survey is automatically created. I

I would still like to have the option to create a new survey if needed via the standard module area.

There are some more mods I need done but first I will try and complete them myself. This is the first of many...
