Description: I can not explain how the last designer built the site as I know nothing about PHP etc but can explain how it all works.
Basically I need the following amending/adding:-


Amendments
1) My Template gallery http://www.heaventemplates.co.uk/template_gallery.php
I would like this amending so when you click to enlarge then close on samples it doesn't then jump back to the top of the page and have to scroll back down to view again.

2) I have a php mailing list but have never used as when you click view before I go to send there is no view section (would like this fixed)

3) I currently manage my pages through my site when I login as admin and I would like a new feature where I can add new pages when ever I like and they must always include the header and footer of my site not just a html blank page.

4)I would like my template generator fixed so again when people view there photos it then doesn't jump back to the top of the page.

5) I would like my members to beable to upload upto 30 photos at a time rather than 10

6)Special offer maker in the admin panel which changes the plan instantly allowing them to log in instantly.

7)Change of a layout I use to design all templates (Photos with click to enlarge show in the middle and change template to allow you to design borders around each image

8) A simpler click to enlarge page

9)Option for them to choose .co.uk or .com for eBay links in my preferences

10) As I have over 900 templates I would like to tidy them up and make it easier by putting templates in to subcategories i.e- Children-Boys-Girls (no links can be changed as these are all active templates in use)

11) I have a feature where members can save there listing. I would like to add a feature where they can save there listings into categories and option to change photos
