Packing Your Return
If you return an item, please wrap it as it was sent to you. We cannot be liable for any breakage due to poor packing on the return trip. Some tips to keep in mind: when you are packing an item for return, ensure that every space in the box is tightly packed so the item has no room to move at all, and make sure that there is at least two inches of packing material between the item and any side of the box. Crumpled newspaper works well for this.
