Description: I have a website home page that is loading too slowly (see http://72.52.149.169/~quality1/index.php?nosessionkill=1 ) , probably the flash on it. I therefore want to optimise the page loading so that the rest of the page loads first - with a static image in the flash area while the flash loads; the moment the flash has loaded it replaces the image and starts playing. Hope this makes sense.

Whatever the technical solution I want it developed in a sufficiantly general sense (all object names parametised etc) so that it can easily be applied to other websites of mine with a similar problem.

It may be that I am wrong and the page loading can be resolved other ways, I am open to advice.
