Description:	I have a current MOCK-UP of a form that is needed to be completed with a current MEMBER database, and also have some reporting option pages developed with the data submitted through the registration form. The Mock up form is located at: http://tesatexas.org/conference_reg06FALL.php There are a few If and Validation variable that will need to be implemented, aslong with the abilit for the admin to change an order through and EDIT page, so all values MUST carry over and offer ability to edit both the gategories along with the cost values associated with the category. I am in need of a TOP-Notch developer that can do this on a quick turnaround. I have been dealing with sub-par programmers that have left me in bad shape with this project in the past. This is on-going work. This conference happens 2 times a year and this client is a well-paying client that I need to keep happy... More info will come once I select developer.
