Description

For a internetcafé i need a (linux?) browser that is locked fully (customer cannot modify any settings)

Also they can only browse few websites specified by me (Admin).

I need a very simple messenger on it. This should be locked too so they cannot access the settings.
Messenger from their pc can only communicate with my pc. I am working from windows and i would like to have access to communication from anywhere on the internet. (home or office)

Only apply if you have experience. Installation must be done within 1 day or maximum 2 days.

Applying if you have no experience with above mentionned will make you loose precious time as i only need experienced person!

Important about this project is that i need it to be as cheap as possible so i guess we will use Linux!

No heavy programs installing. System is only 192 RAM, 10GB HDD, Pentium3 600mhz.
