Description

Currently we have a critical server with a few hundred websites on it, the server over the past few days has had critical load issues.

load average: 16.80, 14.09, 16.18 at the moment, but is reaching higher than 50 - 80.

High, SQL and high apache.

Things we need done :

1.Investigate error logs, and repair apache so we are not over buffering the server.
2. Put some kind of protection in place to limit users for over-process usuage
3. fix any MYSql issue causing higher than normal user log.
4. Notify which are the current high users so we can port them to another server.

This is critical this is fixed in the next 3 hours or so, If you have a proven good record and understand security / cpanel / apache and mysql well , please bid accordingly.

If project goes well we will use your services for future issues/upgrades
