Description: We are web design firm needing the following Joomla task.

The layout will have to match this site:
Home Page

Most of the layout has been completed we are missing the slide in the top and the menu boxes.

1- Newsletter
2- French Language

We will provide all the images needed but you will have to clone the layout and features.
