Description: Dear Sir,

we are a developing company in Norway - www.webkonsepter.no - developing Joomla websites and netshops for clients in Norway. Some examples are www.sveis.no, www.sikker.no and www.courante.no. We also offer SugarCRM installtions.

Because our company are growing, we now need one Joomla expert which we can hire hour by hour. We expect this person to be able to work 50-100 hours per month, and probably this will be a full time job shortly.

We are looking for a person with this skills:

- Several years of experience in Apache, php and Linux.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Joomla, more would be a great plus!
- Knowledge to Joomla security - how to protect a Joomla site against hackers is a great plus!
- Knowledge to SugarCRM is not necessary, but is a great plus!
- Good knowledge in written english.

We like to work thru online chat like Skype or Yahoo messenger, and need a person we can arrange a fixed time of day to be available online for us and our clients. We dont work on project basis, but hour by hour. We have an online project management tool where you log in an register your hours. This is also the tool where all tasks is shared between different technicians.

For the right person, we can offer an interesting job with possibility for future advancement to IT management. Salary will be 10$ per hour.

Hi there system administrator for 15+ Linux servers in a clustered high availability environment. I have setup SugarCRM for our Sales people and I have worked on over 10 Joomla sites, some of them with advanced code customization. Even my own site www.alijawad.org is Joomla. As for security I am a CEH Certified Ethical Hacker so I do know my way around in server and network security

50 to 100 hours/month for $750 to $1500 breaks down to $15/hour. And for this you want a reliable person who is both a programmer and sysadmin? Since you are not costing this out on a project-by-project basis, the numbers don't really add up. But if you want to discuss the task@hand, I believe that I have the skills and experience you are looking for.
