Description

Hi,

I removed loads of rows from one of my tables in my database.

I need this to be put back in ASAP, e.g. within the next few hours.

However I dont want to overrite current ones or remove current ones left in there just add the new ones each rows has a unique id so it should be easy enough to do.

However it will be processing like 100s of thousands of rows (roughly should add about 500,000 to the table 'accounts' in the database) so might take a while and needs to be able to process it and not crash.

Hopefully some one can do it.

Thanks a lot,
Matt

This is a relatively trivial task, assuming you have the data you want to add back to the table. There may be a performance impact while doing the inserts but this can be mitigated.

assuming you have the missing data, the database is MySQL, and each row has a unique identifier (id), then I can get this done in 1 hour.
