Client has SugarCRM - Shared Hosting upgraded their PHP version to 5.2 and SugarCRM no longer loads (Blank Page)

Client does not want to upgrade SugarCRM.

PROJECT SCOPE:
We seek person to set environment to correct or create environment whereby SugarCRM may run or equal or comparable solution

Interested Parties should provide direction for us to provide Version numbers for SugarCRM
