Description:	I need a complete and exact clone of Elance.com but for other industry. Must have features in admin to create packages for service providers as on elance. Complete site can be managed from one single admin panel. Super admin must have the ability to create moderators, managers etc and assign different level of permissions. All the payment gatteways as on elance should be included and escrow facility is to be included as well. Every service provider can create there online profiles like www.domain.com/profiles/username etc. Website pages must be search engine friendly and admin users can control all the meta tags from backend control panel. Large projects can be divided into milestones so they can be tracked easily and payments on each milestone can be made on the website as well. I know there are lots of freelancers/teams/companies at GAF who already built these sort of sites, therefore i will not pay more than 150US$. Only those bid who have ready to show samples. My Conditions: ============== 1. No encrypted codes 2. All codes must be well commented so i can make changes later on at my own 3. Ability to install on different domains. Therefore manual is required 4. don't show me scripts like softbiz, radlance, scriptlance etc etc nor stolen scripts from web. A2KSOFT is welcomed too.
