Description
A complete automation of their company.Basically it will be the communications center of NuCasso.
It will handle the creation of letters send to defaulter. It will be an online portal where the phone team can handle the files (dossiers) make notes, create payment schedules, etc.
All used text must be read from a language file, so we can translate the complete script to dutch when it is finished. Every template (e-mail, letter, sms, etc) needs be editable in the admin interface.
General functions
* PDF letter generation once every day.
* E-Mail notifications of every action in the system.
* E-Mail/Letter/SMS templates settable in the administrator account.
* Report sending every week (other cron).
* Weekly payout e-mails to the administrator (per debt collection agency manager).
* Send SMS using voipbuster gateway.
* Due interest (rente) will be re-calculated EVERY day.
* Weekly payout e-mail to the Debt Collection Agency Manager, with a list of all clients, and what they need to receive.
CORE FUNCTIONS :
Automated PDF/DOC generation and sending to an e-mail address set by administrator.
It needs to send every PDF/DOC in a SEPARATE e-mail. The e-mail itself is a template and must be editable by admin.
Automated calculation of interest rates, and costs following the legal demands.
As you can see automation is the key in this project. We will be requiring new projects in the near future.
