Description

I need someone to modify a PHP file that currently displays information
to include sip peer information specific to the account on the screen as follows:

Registered : Yes (from status)
Device : Nokia E65 (from useragent)
Register IP: 78.155.122.99 (from ip)
Latency : 150 ms (from status)

Also - Have a PHP that updates the A2B database, we have a field that asks if voice prompts are desired. If user changes YES / NO ... we need to update one field in seperate file as well.
