Description

I need 3 changes to the way a contact form works.
I need the radio buttons at the bottom for newsletter signup to show on the email to casseva.
I need to redirect to thankyou.html when the form is submitted.
I need an email template sent to the email in the contact form automatically on submission(like an autoresponder.

I also need to capture the users IP and the Browser info
