Im looking for a clone of this site

It needs to have all the functions, shopping cart and admin side but obviously not cloning the images. The layout must be identicle and completed project look exactly like the sample site.

The project will go to the service provider who can complete the project in the least time with the smallest budget.

This is a small website, I will pay $100 maximum to completely clone this site.
