Description

I have a website that needs a weather feed.
The weather needs to show for cities around the world and should be dependent on the location of the user.
In other words the location of the IP Address should determine which city's weather should be shown.
ie If you are accessing the website from New York, New York's weather should be shown.
I have all the necessary weather icons to be used.

The site is developed using Joomla.

I have attached an image of what the weather feed should look like.

This is an extremely urgent project, so please indicate timeframe as well as cost.

Hello, Firslty about IP locating - I have working solution which I use in many my projects. To integrate it - it will take some hours. About weather - do you have any weather provider or I need to find out one? In any case it will take something like 1~2 days and 150$. Thanks. If you will have any question - let me know please. It'll be implemented as joomla widget.

Detecting the user location based on IP is called geolocating, and it takes a while to set up for someone who doesnt know joomla and geo location code and database. I can do it in less than a day if you raise the budget to $400, and also make the output look a lot nicer than your image example. There's also the option of using a weather widget which is using geolocation, from some site that has them - this will cost you a lot less. Let's talk!
