Hi there,
Please see attched 2 files to get clear idea what we want.

I make the details for you below as well:

In Shipping Rate Description, we need the option to set multiple
zip range/post code start and end range

Example. > Shipping Description NT1
Zip range start: 800 - 909
Zip range Start: 910 - 1200
Zip range Start: 1201 - 1500
etc, etc

All zip code range (Start and End) come under same shipping rate description and all will have the same price.

So basically in 1 shipping rate description, we need to declare multiple zip code zones ranges. ( Start and End )

Right now we can only declare 1 range. example 800 to 909

If we want to declare more, we cant, we would have to setup a completely new shipping rate description and this will take forever.

So basically for each shipping rate description, we can setup multiple zones:
( PostCode/ZIP Start - PostCode/ZIP End )
( PostCode/ZIP Start - PostCode/ZIP End )
( PostCode/ZIP Start - PostCode/ZIP End )

We need this done right away. I mean like 24 hours so please only bid if you can do it right away.
