Description

I need a simple data input / display module for a Joomla 1.5 website.

Basically, this module is a simple calculation / display of very basic statistical data. Examples of some of the data (and desired display format):

There are about 10 numeric fields, some are input by the user/CSV, others are simple SUM calculations, and a few require a weighted average calculation in the "summary" line (ResponseRate would be a rated average, for example)

I also need to be able to group the display by a certain field (Department), as shown in the above example.

I would also like the ability upload data via CSV file.

I would also like the ability to place the Client's name/address on the top, sort of like a title (see example)
