Description

We own a luxury transportation service and would like to have someone design an online platform in PHP or Joomla to manage our reservations.

The system needs to be simple, and attractive and have these functions.

Reservation Date:
Reservation Times (Pick up and Drop off times)
Pick up Address
Drop Off Address
Additional Destinations
3 Phone Number fields
Email Field
Additional trip information field
Pricing Fields (Base Price, Overtime, Gratuity)
Credit Card information fields (Number, Expiration, CID, Name on Card) Credit card info is just for storage no need to link to a processor
System needs to assign a reservation number to each and every reservation
We need to be able to mark the reservation as pending, or completed
we need to be able to notate the financial status of the reservation and the remaining balance due.

We need to be able to search system for reservations by reservation number

The system needs to organize the reservations by date soonest to farthest.

Our software now is older on resident on a computer and accessible from one system. We would want to be able to access the system from any computer at any time.

We also would like to be able to email a copy of the reservation to our client from the system.

We would also like to be able to email a copy of the reservation to any other address of our choosing.

We have an unlimited hosting account at IX hosting with unlimited SQL. would like the system built in PHP or Joomla.

we can provide a template of what our current system looks like, we would also want the system customized with our logos etc.

We would also like to be able to assign multiple users to the system.
