Description

This is stat project.

This is a Joomla! 1.5 Site with a Custom Template. I need two things taken care of.

First item, is not every thing has been added to the template. The only position is "Left". I need the ability to put Modules above the articles or components. For example, I may want to add a menu above an article blog and can't do so.

The second item is I need to have the ability to easily add menu items into the left column. Since this is a custom template that was created from an older static site, it isn't easy to simply publish the item you have to go through many steps to do so. I don't have the time to deal with it. So, I either need that changed or I will show you the old site and you can help me get the menu modules into the left side.

I just need someone who is proficient in Joomla, PHP and HTML, as well as someone who can get this done very quickly.
