Description

I have a MySQL database with Single Table. The table has real estate classifieds data. This data is crated (Ad/Import) using separate system not in scope of this project.

This task involve create PHP script for that will
- Display 10 ads at a time
- Allow filter and see records as per date (like today, yesterday, last 7 days, This month, Last month, Last 3 months, All, Custom)
- Allow filter and see records as per Property Type (like 2BHK, Row House, etc.)
- Allow filter and see records as per City
- Any combination of the above 3 parameters.
- Efficient text search on advertisement content

- Please note there is single table with the required information and only search and View (display) functionality needs to be provide. No need to provide Add, edit, import, export etc..

Joomla: I have Joomla portal, these searches and display shall happen within Joomla portal sing its existing template.

You have to also provide training on doing minor changes.

i will provide the Joomla portal link and the existing PHP scirpt that provide most of the above functions on the same table but needs customization in your PM for selected bidders.
