Description

Modify Docman and Joomla for use.

1. Need to setup several users. One a super user with access to everything.
2. 3 Publishers

Each Publisher will not be able to view or know any other publishers files

The Authors when they sign on they will get a screen which they can View all their own Documents. They will not be able to view any other documents except their own. The Authors will be able to Upload, view or download their own documents. They will not be able to delete any document.

The Publisher will be able view, modify, delete, add, or search all the Authors documents under the respective Publisher.

After the Publisher or Author signon, then they will go to a screen where they can see any message for them, Then they can handle the documents as they need.
The Super Administrator Can view, modify, delete, add or search for any document.


Modify the First signon user and password to be visible when the screen first comes up.

Take all DOCMAN, and all JOOMLA references off the site.
