Description: Hello I need a simple PSD converted to a Joomla Template. I have the PSDS of the Internal Pages and the Main Landing Page.

I would like it to be purely CSS and tableless design and SEO Friendly.

-The Website will be Static 1024 x 768, Centre Positioned.
-I want the main module which contains the Flash Presentation to be able to turn on and off.
