Looking for a proposal to update and improve the look and feel of this Site - Estate-Prep.com - for the use of Estate Settlement Professionals and Executors of Estates. This is for Settlements, and NOT Estate Planning...after the fact, or death.

It needs to obviously address the issues and state the problems/solutions better...which I will work on, but it also has to look more professional and be brighter and more engaging.

I am only interested in REAL, SERIOUS graphic artists/programmers that have real concrete suggestions and ideas. I will not responds to canned auto-responders that say "I can do this for you, TRUST ME". Or to people that merely say I should scope out their portfolio's of prior work for others. I want to know...WHAT YOU WOULD DO FOR ME -- FOR THIS PARTICULAR PROJECT. And then how much you'd charge. I have set the budget LOW but am willing to go a lot higher for the right suggestions and proposal.

Also I DO INTEND TO KEEP THINGS IN JOOMLA. If that's a problem for you then don't bother responding.
